Lisa Dempsey Named New Director of Client Services at Masterfile

Dusseldorf/Toronto, December 2007: Masterfile, the world's leading independent stock photo agency, is pleased to announce that Lisa Dempsey is its new Director of Client Services for the United States and Canada. Working in this newly created role at the interface between Masterfile's Sales and Business Development teams, Lisa is responsible for client acquisition and developing new sales strategies.

American-born Lisa is a real pro when it comes to the photo agency business, and Masterfile is proud to welcome her on board. She began her career working as Director of Royalty Free Motion at Sekani/Corbis Motion and later became Manager of Film Sales at Getty Images. Before she joined Masterfile as a freelance consultant in June 2007, she was Chief Executive Officer at First Light, which she successfully guided from its status as a Corbis agent to an independent stock photo agency in 2005.
