Masterfile to connect WireImageStock to the world

Toronto, Canada - June 1, 2005

Masterfile has signed an exclusive agreement with WireImageStock to become its distributor of rights-managed images worldwide. Masterfile, the world's leading independent stock photo agency, will be adding WireImageStock's collection of 18,000 images to its domestic and foreign language websites over the coming months.

The companies' co-licensing arrangement will permit WireImageStock to continue licensing images directly to its clients in North America, relying on Masterfile's Global Rights Protection System to prevent licensing conflicts.
